Terms of Service

Article 1. Purpose

These terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the personal financial management services provided by JARVIS (the “App”).

Article 2. Services

The App provides the following services:

  • Income/expense management (budgeting)
  • Loan management and repayment schedules
  • Insurance management and payment tracking
  • Investment portfolio management
  • Bank account and credit card management
  • Schedule management and calendar synchronization
  • Financial news recommendations
  • AI chatbot (natural language interface)

Article 3. Registration and Use

  • Users may register via email/password or social login (Google, Apple, Kakao).
  • Only individuals aged 14 or older may use the service.
  • Accounts registered with false information may be subject to service restrictions.

Article 4. Service Restrictions

Service use may be restricted in the following cases:

  • Unauthorized use of another person's personal information
  • Interference with normal service operations
  • Violation of applicable laws and regulations

Article 5. Data Management

  • Financial data entered by users is accessible only by the user.
  • The App does not analyze user financial data or provide it to third parties.
  • Data is stored in encrypted form.
  • All data is immediately deleted upon account deletion.

Article 6. Disclaimers

  • The App is a financial information management tool, not an investment advisory service.
  • We are not responsible for investment decisions based on information provided by the App.
  • News content is collected from external sources; its accuracy is not guaranteed.
  • We are not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure or system failures.

Article 7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be modified as necessary. Users will be notified at least 7 days in advance through in-app notifications. Users who do not agree to the modified terms may discontinue use and delete their account.

Article 8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes related to service use shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Seoul Central District Court shall have jurisdiction.

Supplementary Provisions

These terms are effective as of April 11, 2026.
