A. Delete the account itself
1. Delete directly from inside the app (recommended)
If you have JARVIS installed, you can delete your account right away from inside the app.
- Open JARVIS and go to the Settings tab at the bottom
- Scroll to the very bottom and tap the Delete account text button
- Read the warnings in the confirmation dialog and continue
- Confirm one more time in the second confirmation dialog
Because the request is made from your authenticated session, it is processed immediately.
2. Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app or otherwise cannot delete directly, email us a deletion request.

- Include in the body:
- The email address you signed up with
- Sign-in method (Google / Apple / Kakao)
- Any additional information requested for verification
After identity verification we process the request within seven business days at the latest.
3. What gets deleted
When the account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed at once.
- Account information (email, social-login identifier, display name, profile)
- Finance data (income / expense, accounts, credit cards, loans, insurance, investments, budgets)
- Schedule data (events, anniversaries, notification settings, external calendar links)
- AI conversation history (chatbot messages, voice-bot sessions, long-term memory)
- Notes (regular memos, checklists, Obsidian sync metadata)
- News preferences (categories, keywords, blocked keywords)
- SMS-ledger input data (approval SMS you pasted into the app)
- Credit balance and accrual / spend history
- Push tokens (FCM)
- Home-screen widget sync data
4. What is retained
Some records may need to be retained for a limited period under applicable law (e.g. e-commerce regulations).
- AI usage / cost logs (with personally identifiable data anonymised) — for service-operations statistics, up to 1 year
- Payment / refund records (where applicable) — 5 years under e-commerce law
- Service-abuse / sanction history (where applicable) — to prevent recurrence, 1 year
Retained data is either stored in a non-identifying form or automatically destroyed as soon as the statutory retention period ends.
5. Processing time
- In-app request: processed immediately
- Email request: up to 7 business days after identity verification
B. Keep the account — remove only some data
If you want to keep the account and only remove certain kinds of data, use one of the methods below.
B-1. Bulk-delete usage analytics logs
You can immediately delete the anonymous analytics logs (screen navigation, feature calls, diagnostic info). Content you entered yourself — ledger entries, schedules, notes — is kept.
- Open JARVIS and go to the Settings tab at the bottom
- Scroll down to the Privacy section
- Tap Delete my activity data — processed immediately
- Turn off the Collect usage logs toggle in the same section to stop future collection
Scope: Firebase Analytics events, app-usage statistics, screen- entry logs. (Finance transactions, schedules, notes and AI conversation bodies are NOT included.)
B-2. Delete individual items directly
Individual items — ledger transactions, events, notes, accounts, cards, loans, insurance, assets — can be deleted immediately by long-pressing on the list or using the trash icon on the detail screen.
- Delete one transaction: Ledger → swipe left on the row, or detail → trash
- Delete one event: Schedule → Events tab → detail → trash
- Delete one note: Notes → long-press the card and edit → trash
- Delete loan / insurance / card / account: each list → detail → trash
- Delete AI conversation / long-term memory: Chatbot → menu → “Clear conversation”, or Settings → AI feature consent → “Delete all long-term memory”
B-3. Bulk deletion by category, by request
If the above is not enough or you need to bulk-delete a specific category (e.g. “all ledger entries for this year”, “the last 3 months of AI conversations”), email us.
